How do I qualify for the VIP program to receive a complimentary pass?
Insider Summits are complimentary to brand or agency marketers who:
- Control the media, marketing or digital strategy and budget for a CPG brand
- Senior level or above
- Agree to attend all 3 days of the summit

What is included in the VIP program?
Brand or agency marketers who meet the above qualifications will receive one (1) complimentary VIP pass to our Insider Summits. This includes:
- Conference access
- Afternoon activities
- Evening cocktail and dinner receptions
- Food and drink during event functions
Airfare is NOT included in our complimentary VIP program. You must purchase your airfare separately.
Can I bring a guest to the summit?
Yes. Guest requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the summit start date. Any request to bring a guest within 2 weeks oof the summit start date may not be honored.
Guests are welcome to join afternoon and evening events pending space availability. Additional fees apply.

What is included in my in-person paid ticket?
Your fully paid ticket includes access to all 3 days of the event content sessions along with all event provided food & beverages for all days (breakfasts, coffee/networking breaks, lunches, cocktail receptions & dinners). Hotel rooms and Afternoon activities are NOT included in the ticket purchase.
Can I purchase a one-day pass for the summit?
No. We only offer virtual and in-person tickets for the full 3 days.
After Afternoon Activities included in my conference pass purchase?
No, afternoon activities are an additional cost. Please pre-book and purchase your afternoon activities when you register to secure your spot.
You have the option to purchase afternoon activities on site. However, they will sell out. We cannot guarantee an afternoon activity will be available unless you purchase them in advanced.
Can I change or cancel my Afternoon Activity when I get to the summit?
No. Afternoon Activities are final sale. No refunds will be issued.
Any change requests to your Afternoon Activity after registration will be handled on a case-by-case basis pending availability. Additional fees may apply for changing after registration.
You will not be refunded your original payment.
Is my hotel room included with the paid in-person ticket?
No. As a registered attendee of the event, you will have early access to our discounted room block at the hotel. You can access the booking link and set up your accommodations by clicking the booking link found on your registration confirmation email. NOTE these rooms WILL SELL OUT so please book your hotel room immediately after registering for the event.
