Afternoon Activities to Unplug, Network, and Explore the City

Following the shoreline of Skytop Lake from the lodge, this is a 2.1-mile out-and-back hike. Along the trail are 42 interpretive plaques describing the trees, shrubs, geology and ecology. Scenic vistas open not only to the 75-acre lake but also to distant views of the lodge and the rugged cliffs of West Mountain.
Golfing
Set atop the peak of a high plateau, this mountain-style track plays over a variety of elevation changes, rolling terrain with wide, tree-lined fairway and plenty of panoramic views of the beautiful Poconos. It's most recently listed as one of Pennsylvania’s top golf courses in 2023 by Golf Advisor.
Axe Throwing
The sport of axe throwing was invented about 5 minutes after the first axe was created, and the expert axe throwing coaches here at Sky Top ensure safety, proper instruction and good times are had by all. The outing will feature fun games and competitions that will leave participants loving the time.
Beach Outing
Relax on the sandy shores of the Skytop Lake beach with fellow Summit attendees at our Beach hang-out for the afternoon. Refreshing drinks mixed with some fun beach games will make for great networking and conversation. There is no better way to unwind.
Adventure Course
The Treetop Adventure Course is a high ropes and zip-lining course with varying obstacles including 17 different zip lines, elevated bridgeways, cargo net, ladders, tight ropes and more. Experienced guides accompany you through the natural beauty of the Poconos.
Kayaking
Surround yourself with crystalline, glistening water and take in the scenery of Skytop Beach from a kayak or a canoe. We also offer equipment so you can completely relax. Experience an hour of boating on a pristine lake in a canoe or kayak.
